Kris Kim left a career in fashion public relations working for houses such as Prada, Hogan, and Hermes to develop an internet retail site that she felt was needed to fill an online aesthetic void. La Garconne was launched and a devoted list of clients across the country soon lined up. She spoke with us at length about trendsetters such as Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, and Kirsten Dunst. These girls perfectly combine the kind of masculine/ feminine detailing that the website’s namesake playfully articulates.
